This college is situated on national highway of Lucknow - Gonda. This Institution is 100 km away from the Internationally famous Lord Buddha's birth place lumbini. Bahraich is situated in U.P. It comes under the legislative assembly of bahraich and parliamentary consistiuency of Lakhimpur. It is situated educationally backward area at Indias map . It is connected with train route through Gonda.

The present Raja prem Singh Shiksha Mahavidyalaya is a private college started by sincere effort of the honorable members of Raja Prem Singh Welfare society for the upliftment of the educationally backward students of Bahraich through degree courses and training programmes. The college is conducting the following programme at present.
